6.Asshesatthere,shebegantonoticethetinycreaturesthatwereallaroundher.Therewerebutterfliesflittingfromflowertoflower,beesbuzzingastheycollectedpollen,andantsscurryingalongtheground.Shemarveledattheirbeautyandwonderedattheincrediblecomplexityofnature.

7.Marycontinuedonherjourney,andsoonshecameacrossameadow.Thegrasswastallandgreen,andtherewerewildflowersbloomingeverywhere.Shewalkedthroughthemeadow,feelingthesoftbladesofgrassbrushingagainstherlegs.

8.Inthedistance,shecouldseeahillrisinguptowardsthesky.Itlookedasthoughitwascallingouttoher,begginghertoclimbtothetopandseewhatlaybeyond.Maryfeltasenseofdeterminationandbegantoclimb.

12.Asshesatthere,Marybegantonoticethetinydetailsthatshehadmissedbefore.Thewaythewindrustledtheleaves,thewaythebirdssangtheirsongs,thewaythecloudsdriftedlazilyacrossthesky.Shefeltasthoughshewasseeingtheworldforthefirsttime.
